This app definitely needs to be fixed. I tried submitting a claim and when all the files loaded, it gave me a screen saying that I timed out. Obviously, I retried. Same message. I retried. Same message. I logged out of the app and tried again—lo and behold, I have submitted a claim for the same thing three times. Geez. I’ll probably have to go and fix that in person or by phone now. This app crashes often and I wish the pay direct card would appear as a card in the passbook.
Waste of my time... Times out for me after a few seconds? You may want to address the issue.. Instead of ignoring it.

The app times out (every time) when submitting a claim with images. This app has one function and it doesnt work.
I filed my claim on this app for convenience and when I called them to check my status they told me that their system doesnt indicate that I filed it on the app and that they are going to send me a check instead in the following 2 weeks to come! It doesnt do what it says!
This is not a great app; the UI is quirky, buttons are too small, and yes, it times out. (Just try again.) But it does what it needs to, and reasonably well. I got all set up and submitted a complex claim within 10 minutes. Remember we are talking insurance claims here... Would love to see de-skewing (a la TinyScan) and/or uploading of documents from Google Drive or DropBox in future but thats asking a lot.
Downloaded it, and it just doesnt even work. It keeps saying it could not connect to the online services.
This is the worst app experience I’ve ever had. I wanted to smash my phone after using it. Always crashes. Each submission is too many hoops. And long upload times. Ugh. Vomit in my mouth.
What is the point of making an app if it doesnt even work? Dont even waste your time downloading this! It will just crash on you and make you want to throw your phone at things!!! Every review says it crashes! Guess Ill be using stupid snail mail! Thanks for nothing!!

Submitting claims through the app - so much quicker and simpler than printing / filling out the form and mailing it in.
Unable to use as it crashes every time you try to set up your profile
What a waste of time. Sure, the app lets you submit electronically instead of via mail. However, it takes 10 min to set up your profile on the app. Then, once your claim is processed, you get an email (no app notification). Instead of being able to see the claim review on the app, you have to go to the website, where you register ANOTHER profile to sign in. Then, despite having signed up for direct deposit (on the app), some refunds are send directly, others are sent by cheque in the mail. WTF.
Works great right up until you want to submit a claim. Then it crashes. Nice job.
After spending a long time setting up profiles for me and my dependents, the app will not let me submit a claim for any of my dependents. I can see them, select, them but that is it, once you try go into submitting the claim after selecting the person, nothing.... No errors, nothing. I called support and they verified all the profiles match their records. I was told it could be a device issue so I tried in a different platform unsuccessfully. I was told to submit in paper or wait for an update.....
