This app definitely needs to be fixed. I tried submitting a claim and when all the files loaded, it gave me a screen saying that I timed out. Obviously, I retried. Same message. I retried. Same message. I logged out of the app and tried again—lo and behold, I have submitted a claim for the same thing three times. Geez. I’ll probably have to go and fix that in person or by phone now. This app crashes often and I wish the pay direct card would appear as a card in the passbook.
