Limited functionality- pointless!
What a waste of time. Sure, the app lets you submit electronically instead of via mail. However, it takes 10 min to set up your profile on the app. Then, once your claim is processed, you get an email (no app notification). Instead of being able to see the claim review on the app, you have to go to the website, where you register ANOTHER profile to sign in. Then, despite having signed up for direct deposit (on the app), some refunds are send directly, others are sent by cheque in the mail. WTF.
