This app sucks so much. I downloaded it to make claims easier but the app keeps crashing. I cant even set up a stinkin profile. I would give this review a 0 out of 5 if possible.

Not too sure why but the app icon on the homesecreen is black and white (looks like cube with eyes and ateeth i guess) and nothing like what it looks like in the app store. Just saying, very weird. For a moment Ihad hoped it wasnt some sort of fraud. (Running iPad Pro lates iOS)

You cant even submit profile information. It just resets to the login screen.

Terrible app and customer service

Says I have to download some other app which I did even though its useless for me...and it still wont work

My claims got processed in 3 days! So much easier than mailing in a claim. Thanks for this GREAT app.

Love the simplicity of being able to take a photo of the receipt and submit on my iPhone. App is fast, doesnt freeze or lag and has all the key information one needs. Great navigation and flow! Thanks :)

I have not received my claims back yet as I have just made them today but if this app works like its supposed it will be a huge time saver! So convenient! I cant believe weve waited this long for something so simple.

Tried uploading picture for receipts more than 10 times. Always error message. Piece of crap. Thought it might make claiming easier but does the exact opposite

Cant be used on an Imac or any other devices that are not Iphones…. Absolutely need an Iphone to use this app.

A student, I installed this app to lessen the inconvenience of mailing in my health claims. It is somewhat more convenient, but bugs cause it to crash frequently, necessitating repeated log-ins. It even locked up while submitting claims on a page listed "Do Not Exit." I think my claims went through because I received email notification, but otherwise I wouldnt have been sure. Im running an up-to-date iPhone 4S. Bottom line: does the job, but requires patience. With a few fixes this app could be a great tool. Rating: ⭐️⭐️

I have tried several times to submit a claim to no avail. I get through all the steps quite easily, press submit, and get a timeout message. This glitch prevents this app from working so I hope an update is on the way quickly.

Wants too much, it takes me maybe 10 mins to fill out my claims form (at most) but this wants access to your bank account. I barely trust my banks app with that info let alone some third party one. Would be better if a claim just resulted in a cheque being mailed to you.

I receive a timeout message every time I try to submit a claim, therefore the claim does not go through.

When I try to submit a claim I always get a time out message, forcing me to cancel out of the submission screen. The claim never goes through and I never receive any emails even though the claim history tells me Ive submitted my claim.

I downloaded this app because I thought that it would be quick and convenient. After going through the hassle of setting everything up and then trying to send in your claim it shows a message time out and and doesnt send in your claim. The app so far is not worth it, just send it the old fashioned way via mail unless this app gets an update fixing the bugs.

Significantly faster than snail mail, this app IS painfully slow comparative to most. Keep these points in mind before you give up! #1. Before you use this app to submit claims, go to your Phones Settings>General> Lock Screen and change the lock timer to Never. Whenever the phone locks or you exit this app, you lose the claim you were working on and are logged out. Annoying, but workable. #2. When submitting a claim and you get a pop up message saying "timed out", give it a minute and then exit the app, which will automatically sign you out. When you sign back in, you will notice your recently submitted claim in the Claim History category.

Not much to say but it doesnt work.

Doesnt work. Constant timeout message. No support. Called them weeks ago. They told me they would cal me back. No callback. Complete waste of time and a piece of crap app.
