Takes some patience, but good

Significantly faster than snail mail, this app IS painfully slow comparative to most. Keep these points in mind before you give up!

#1. Before you use this app to submit claims, go to your Phones Settings>General> Lock Screen and change the lock timer to Never.

Whenever the phone locks or you exit this app, you lose the claim you were working on and are logged out. Annoying, but workable.

#2. When submitting a claim and you get a pop up message saying "timed out", give it a minute and then exit the app, which will automatically sign you out. When you sign back in, you will notice your recently submitted claim in the Claim History category.
