Better than mail, but not by much

A student, I installed this app to lessen the inconvenience of mailing in my health claims. It is somewhat more convenient, but bugs cause it to crash frequently, necessitating repeated log-ins. It even locked up while submitting claims on a page listed "Do Not Exit." I think my claims went through because I received email notification, but otherwise I wouldnt have been sure.

Im running an up-to-date iPhone 4S.

Bottom line: does the job, but requires patience. With a few fixes this app could be a great tool. Rating: ⭐️⭐️
